
Who Can Be an Investor?
Capital Lift is for qualified and semi-qualified investors only, in line with Section 15 of the Czech investment fund law.
Qualified investors are typically financial professionals or institutions with experience and enough capital to assess investment risks.
Semi-qualified investors are individuals who meet certain financial and knowledge criteria.

What Does It Mean?
👤 Qualified Investors
These are typically:

Institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, pension funds, etc.)

Professional clients under MiFID II
-
Individuals who meet at least two of the following:

Have made significant investments in the past year (at least €500,000)

Work or have worked in finance/investment for at least a year
-
Have a portfolio of financial instruments worth over €500,000

👥 Semi-Qualified Investors (under Section 272 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll.)
You may be considered semi-qualified if:

You are investing at least EUR 125,000 (or CZK equivalent), or
-
You are investing at least EUR 1,000 and confirm in writing that:

You understand the investment risks, and
-
You have been informed about the fund’s nature and structure

The fund manager has assessed that this investment is suitable for you

How To Qualify as an Investor?
To become a qualified or semi-qualified investor, you'll typically need to provide:

Proof of identity (passport or ID)

Proof of funds or investment amount

Signed declaration confirming your investor status

Suitability assessment (usually completed with help from the fund manager or licensed advisor)
