Who can be an investor?

Capital Lift is intended for investors who understand the risks associated with alternative investment strategies and seek a disciplined, systematic approach to capital deployment.

Invested capital is at own risk.

Investor Profile

Capital Lift may be suitable for investors who:

  • Have experience with financial markets or alternative investments

  • Seek portfolio diversification beyond traditional asset classes

  • Understand that returns may fluctuate and that capital is at risk

  • Take a long-term view and value disciplined, rules-based execution

  • Are comfortable allocating capital to systematic or automated strategies

The strategy is designed to complement a broader investment portfolio rather than serve as a standalone solution.

Investor Considerations

Before investing, prospective investors should:

  • Carefully assess their financial situation and risk tolerance

  • Understand the nature of algorithmic and systematic trading strategies

  • Review all relevant documentation and disclosures

  • Seek independent financial, legal, or tax advice where appropriate
